In this Reboot Retreat, we will prioritize what matters and get rid of everything that doesn’t move the needle positively for your success, happiness, and prosperity. In order to accomplish this, we must first eliminate the stress that is depleting to your mind, body, and spirit.
When we are under stress, whether it is constant stress load, or spikes periodically, everything from our immune system to our judgment is adversely impacted. Our ability to make consistently right decisions is in direct correlation to the state we are in, at any given moment. So, if we have any desire to improve our conditions in our relationships, in our finances, or in our health – it all starts with drastically reducing stress.
You will learn three techniques that will greatly reduce your stress levels once and for all.

Tapping/EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) has been shown to reduce anxiety, panic attacks, the effects of PTSD, anger, and frustration to almost nothing – in minutes. This acupressure/tapping will be a technique you can use anytime, anywhere, on anything.
Yoga Nidra, or guided meditation, helps to rewire your brain without you actively “doing” anything. Through a series of guided meditations, you listen to over time your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings shift into what serves you at the highest level. This allows you to let go of all of the negative meanings and associations which have been assigned to the events of your life, each of which is limiting some area of your life in some way. This evidenced-based technique has changed people’s lives drastically.
By spending just 10 minutes a day, either on a computer or with an app on your phone, you will find that in a few weeks you no longer react strongly to situations, you have a greater sense of calm throughout the day, and more clarity and focus on your day to day activities.

Arrival Day 1 – Between 3 pm and 5 pm. Overview of the program, tour the retreat grounds, and lodging check-in.
Day 2 and 3 – Full Retreat Days from 8 am – 7 pm
