The difference between people who are healthy, financially prosperous, and have meaningful relationships from those who are overweight, broke, and lonely come down to one thing… decision making. All of the people in the “successful” category simply made better decisions more often than those who are constantly swimming upstream with little to no improvement. The real make or break comes from those key times in life when a critical decision is made under pressure – those times lead to our greatest gains or our greatest setbacks.
There are pillars that each contribute equally to your decision-making ability:
• Your State
• Your Beliefs
• Your Vision
Having awareness, a solid understanding, and even mastering any one of these will change your life. But, when you harness the power of all three areas, the entire trajectory of your life will change no matter where you currently are and no matter how far you want to go.
The first step in abundance in all areas of life – finance, relationships, health, etc. all start with mastering your State of Being. Having the ability to shift into a state of inner peace regardless of outer turmoil is a skill we can all learn. And it is a skill that must be mastered to improve decision making. This becomes much more critical if your job requires quick decisions that impact others.
Learning how to master your State of Being will also vastly improve the quality of every relationship you have – from customer relationships, your co-workers, your marriage, your children, and every person you run across during your day. Think about that one chance meeting, the one that could change everything. Imagine how important it is then that we are ALWAYS in the best possible state so that we don’t lose that synchronicity by being stressed out, overwhelmed, or distracted in any way.
This keynote presentation provides the tools to not only check in on your State at any given moment, but most importantly will provide the ability to shift that State into one that is resourceful, clear, and fully present in any situation.
“The next decision you make could be the one that changes your life. And that decision will be completely determined by your State. CHOOSE WISELY.”
– Michelle Dutro
“People will forget what you said. People will forget what you did. But people will never forget how you made them feel.
Studies say the average person makes about 35,000 decisions per day. If you can’t think of 50 decisions you made in the last hour, then who is making them?
Michelle Dutro will explain how few decisions we actually consciously make in a day. So, if you aren’t actually making the majority of the decisions, what part of the mind is responsible for your decision making? Clearly that part of the mind is to blame for that bad decision to have another slice of pizza, to choose to pay way too much for those shoes, or not quitting while you were ahead at the blackjack table!
The majority of those decisions (like 34,995 of them) were all made by your subconscious brain. That part of the brain that has taken every event, encounter, and situation assigned meaning to them all, and turned them into your beliefs. So, each one of those beliefs is the foundation of every one of those decisions.
It becomes easy to see that every area of your life right now is a reflection of everything you believe to be true. Your health is a reflection of what you believe regarding the value of nutrition and exercise. Your finances are a reflection of what you believe you are worth. Your relationships are a reflection of what you believe you deserve.
In this keynote, Michelle will help you identify what you believe in every aspect of life. Once your belief is identified you can easily determine if it is aligned with your goals. This is the single greatest reason people stay stuck or don’t achieve what they said they wanted. Once beliefs are identified and changed to align with our highest outcome, prosperity in all areas becomes effortless. And truly something we don’t have to think about!
“We don’t attract what we want, we attract who we are. And who we are is defined by every belief we hold to be true. Change your beliefs and your life will be changed forever.”
– Michelle Dutro
There is a saying that people spend more time planning a vacation than they do their lives. In this keynote presentation, Michelle Dutro talks about building your legacy…today.
In order to have a prosperous life, in all areas, we must be completely aligned in thought, action, and goals. If any area of life is a struggle there is a disconnect between them. More often than not we don’t have a clear vision about what we want for our life, let alone who we need to be in order to achieve that goal. We must start each day with a vision of how we need to show up in order to leave a lasting legacy. Equally as important is ending each day with accountability to that Vision. This quote ultimately will be your legacy:
“People will forget what you said.
People will forget what you did.
But people will never forget how you made them feel.”
– Maya Angelou
“It is far more important to focus on how you do what you do, rather than what you do. If you live into that Vision in everything you do, you will leave an incredible and meaningful lasting legacy.”
– Michelle Dutro
